Turkey Mulling Space Launch Cooperation With Kazakhstan Out Of Baikonur Cosmodrome

Kazakhstan has proposed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation with Turkey in an effort to collaborate on house launch out of the Baikonur Cosmodrome, in line with an official from the Aerospace Committee of the Kazakh Ministry of Defence and Aerospace Trade.

“Kazakhstan proposed that Turkish spaceships use launching capacities, in addition to that Turkey seems into chance of implementing joint tasks at Baikonur Cosmodrome. The proposal is being reviewed by the Turkish facet,” the unnamed official of the committee advised Azerbaijani information outlet Pattern Information Company.

“At the moment the challenge is being reviewed by Turkish get together,” the official stated.

The proposed Kazakh supply of cooperation with Turkey comes months after Dmitry Rogozin, the pinnacle of the Russian state house company Roscosmos, had initiated the concept of Russia, Turkey, and Kazakhstan cooperating on house launch actions out of the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
