Born in Rouen, France, aerospace engineer and business pilot Thomas Pesquet was chosen for ESA’s Astronaut Corps in 2009. He was launched on his first flight to the Worldwide House Station in November 2016, remaining in area till June 2017 as a part of his Proxima mission. He’ll quickly be launched for on his second long-duration mission to the Worldwide House Station known as Alpha. Thomas has been coaching with the Station’s worldwide companions for the brand new mission, together with studying concerning the Crew Dragon, he would be the first ESA astronaut to fly on this new business spacecraft.
