NASA’s Chandra X-ray Observatory has found the stays of a uncommon sort of stellar explosion close to the middle of the Milky Means.

Supernovas are stellar explosions that seed the galaxy with parts important for all times. Sagittarius A East (or Sgr A East) is a supernova remnant that lies close to Sagittarius A* — the supermassive black gap within the heart of the Milky Means. This supernova remnant is the primary recognized instance in our personal Milky Means galaxy of an uncommon sort of white dwarf stellar explosion referred to as a Kind Iax supernova, in line with an announcement from the Chandra X-ray Observatory.
